Postal and Courier services are still operating during the present lockdowns in New Zealand and most deliveries are timely but there may be small delays to some International destinations. Please note that some transit routes may not be direct so parcels will track out of New Zealand and there may be a delay before tracking in your country
All orders will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working day of receipt.
International orders are shipped by standard air mail – a fast and reliable service to most destinations (about a week to the U.S/Europe) It is, however, not tracked. If your order should go missing we will endeavour to recover it but ultimately cannot take responsibility.
If you prefer a tracked / faster service then there are courier options available at an additional charge. For many countries the courier option is available at checkout. There are some countries, however, to which we can only offer DHL by way of a tracked courier service and this will incur a surcharge. You can check your country below. If there is an asterix (*) before the country name then courier service is available. If not, please pay standard shipping and put in special instructions (or send an email seperately) that you would like to upgrade to a courier service and would like a quote.
Customers regulations vary and we are not liable for any local taxes or tariffs levied on the package. If you are unsure if a tax or tariff will be charged please contact your local customs office.
