Don’t speak on a cell phone in the car without an external antenna and EMF protection. The RF waves will be reflected back at you from the metal chassis, doors and roof magnifying the EMF radiation. The cars metal chassis also makes it harder for the cell phone to send its signal out of the car, so it increases its transmitting strength to compensate.
