I have used your products for years and am grateful for the information in your newsletters, but I have a question about healing. How important is my mindset when I trying any sort of healing and does it play any part in using the QSB?
Real healing is Self-healing. We can use healing modalities, wellness tools and energy healing to assist us but the power for us to heal must come from within ourselves.
We can block our own healing. This may sound strange and even untrue, but it is a fact. If our mind gets in the way with beliefs like ‘I don’t deserve to be well’ or ‘this is way it is, and I can’t do anything about it” then we perpetuate the dis-ease, illness or pain.
Sickness and suffering can become part of our identity too. This is the minds acceptance of the situation and you are the man with the bad leg or woman with a debilitating condition. Being incapacitated, or ill elicits sympathy, and getting sympathy is a way of getting energy from others. It can also give a sense of importance when we would otherwise feel like a nobody due to low self-esteem.
Now I am not saying that any of this is done intentionally. We were taught how to get energy from others by the unconscious programming we received as children. We also learned to give our power away by saying to doctors ‘fix me’ when we are sick.
Most of us were never taught that we are powerful creators in conjunction with The Creator. We may not be able to make a withered limb grow, but we can learn how to use it or circumnavigate it if required. I strongly believe we are the creators of our reality.
So, the QSB is an immensely powerful tool that we can use to assist us to get and stay well but it works best if we connect with the process. By sitting or lying while it is running the frequencies and being present, or mindful, we are fully engaging with the process. We are conducting the outcome of what we want and need.
proves that the QSB de-stresses the body in thirty minutes. Stress prevents any healing so de-stressing is the beginning of any healing journey. A great way to use your QSB is to have it running while you meditate.
Of course, the QSB can be used when you are asleep and doing other things but to have time with it when you are focused on yourself and your wellbeing is important too.
