Do you sometimes wonder if you are losing it?
This morning I squeezed a lemon and promptly threw the juice down the sink instead of putting it in my glass of water. This is not an isolated incident – so – am I going crazy? Well if I am so is David and most of the people I know. There seems to be so little time so multitasking has to be the norm. Everything is done in such a rush.
So it is no wonder that the car keys go in the fridge, the tea bag into the kettle instead of cup, and the dirty laundry is left forgotten in its basket, inside of which are also the dirty cups, handbag, and the jewellery I had intended to wear. Saving time by carrying them downstairs all together. Only remembering at my desk, devoid of my bling, when I wanted something from my bag. Too late!!
Days are getting shorter, while weeks disappear into a string of weekends. It’s mid-February already! And the Christmas lights still dangle outside looking sadly neglected. Haven’t found time to wrap them up cosily in their box until next Christmas. It’s on the “to do” list.
The energies on this planet are changing as we all know and this means that time is in actuality speeding up so it has nothing to do with our abilities except in adjusting and coping with it.
So it’s no wonder that so many people are suffering from stress and stress related illnesses these days. We really have to take extra care of ourselves at this time. Learn to be gentle with ourselves. Relax whenever we can. Protect ourselves from anything or anyone that will knock us off balance, including EMF and peoples negative energy. And laugh a little, or even a lot, at ourselves instead of chastising. Know that you are in good company if you seem to be less with it than you used to be.
Where, oh where is my mobile phone? Can’t find it by ringing it because I didn’t have time to switching it on!
“I certainly notice the difference myself whenever I forget to wear my pendant esp when out in the malls surrounded by electrical equipment and crowds of people ” Shirley C. NZ
Thanks Shirley for the reminder. It is so easy in the everyday rush to forget the essentials.
